We're a Farnham gym specialising in classes to help members of all shapes, sizes and ages get fitter and stronger.

Story

Our mission: To empower our members to live happier lives through better health, self confidence, and community.We want everyone, of any age, size, shape and ability to experience the simple joys of being active, healthy, and sharing the experience with others.We have an 8000sqft facility in Farnham, Surrey, stocked with top of the range equipment and newly renovated facilities, including showers, changing, and member seating area.Our highly knowledgeable coaches are dedicated to helping each of our members reach their goals. We offer CrossFit as well as a total fitness "Sweat" program for all ages and abilities. We also offer competitor, kids, teens, new parent and seniors-specific classes.

Well what can I say? 

In2 Training Farnham is an absolutely amazing CrossFit gym. 

The team of coaches are excellent and the sense of community in the box is brilliant. 
The traditional go to the gym and speak to nobody is a thing of the past. 

If you truly want to feel part of something where you can be proud and accomplish fitness you never thought possible then you should come down to the box for a taster session. 

I have met some fantastic people who will be friends in and outside the gym for years to come.

This is a superbly equipped and run training space. Friendly and well run. 

I trained here Open Gym for a very reasonable price. Contact with the gym owners and staff beforehand and whilst there was excellent. 

I’m no longer a Crossfitter but the spread and quaility of training and classes I observed was superb. 

Would suit anyone interested in Crossfit at any level of development (there’s plenty of people who are clearly beginners right up to some serious athletes) but also an excellent training space for anyone remote coached or self programming looking for an S&C venue. 

Would highly recommend.

Previously I'd found every reason not to exercise. But I wanted to improve my overall fitness levels and I needed something different to do. Since joining In2 Training 18 months ago I've maintained 3 classes a week and I love going. The community is friendly, the sessions are good fun and I have definitely seen a marked improvement in my fitness.

Absolutely love this place! The facilities are the best I have seen in a Crossfit box. The coaches are very knowledgeable and have real skill at keeping you free from injury. If you are unsure about Crossfit or how to progress your training, pop in and speak to any of the staff. I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised at how at home you will be made to feel.

This is by far the best "gym" I have ever been to. The coaches are excellent, knowing when to encourage and praise and when to rein you in or tell you that you're trying to be too ambitious. In short, I love coming here.
And if you leave a review in June the coaches have to do burpees!
