I joined Farnham David Lloyd about a month ago and I’m really enjoying the experience, I wish I’d joined years ago! Gym facilities are great, and it’s genuinely one of the best spas I’ve been to. I’ve made good use of the PT sessions too, and I’ve been lucky enough to have booked in with Josh Taylor. Not only does he really know his stuff, but he is great at listening to what I want to achieve, he takes into account my old injuries and has been able to tailor a couple of great workouts that don’t aggravate my lower back issues. recommend.
I was too busy to post this earlier, but this needs to be said.nnI booked the Leg, Bum & Core class on 2 Jan 2025, but the instructor never showed up. We waited 10 minutes until someone went to reception — only then were we told the class was cancelled, with no explanation and no apology.nnNo follow-up, no compensation, nothing. Over 10 of us wasted our time. For a club charging £200 per person, this level of service is unacceptable. Poor communication, zero accountability — and you’re made to feel like you just have to accept it.
I attended the Blazed On Screen session today, and once again, the staff failed to open the door on time. There were four of us waiting, and eventually one person had to go all the way to the front desk to ask for assistance. As a result, the class started with a 5–10 minute delay.nnThis is not the first time this has happened, and it reflects a serious lack of attention to customer satisfaction and basic service standards. It’s extremely frustrating to have our time wasted repeatedly, especially when we show up on time for a scheduled class.nnAt this point, I cannot recommend this club based on the poor and inconsistent service.
Recently joined as Spa member. The Spa facilities are excellent. Expensive membership but worth it. 5+ different Saunas, indoor & outdoor pool, salt bath, Spa treatments available as well as quiet rooms, very clean, all Elemis products & towels available. The staff are really friendly.
Join if you think this level of hygiene is acceptable.nThis is the VIP spa shower area, and it looks like this almost every day — hair all over the floor and some kind of liquid on the walls. It’s become normal for me to see this daily. Sometimes, there are even cups, bottles, and other random items left inside the shower room.
