I have trained at Breathe for well over a year now and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and have fun whilst doing it. There are a variety of classes and the coaches adapt moves to cater for different fitness levels. John welcomes feedback to ensure that classes continue to evolve and challenge. Like many, I trained at conventional gyms previously but Breathe is a completely unique experience. The support and encouragement from the Breathe community is phenomenal. You’ll have to try it for yourself to see how special this place is but once you do you’ll be hooked!
Since joining Breathe nearly 2 years ago, I have never felt fitter, stronger or more motivated to exercise. And it’s all thanks to John and the team at Breathe in Farnham. They have created an amazing environment and the programme of classes is challenging and also developmental. It’s a warm and friendly environment and I’d encourage anyone who wants to get fit and challenge themselves to give it a go. Whether you’re a total beginner or already on your journey, Breathe is a perfect place to be a part of. Thanks to all the team and the Breathe community for being a bunch of legends.
I have been going to Breathe for the past 2 years and I can safely say it is one of the BEST things about living in Farnham! I feel so lucky to have such a fun, welcoming, friendly and current gym around the corner. The classes really push you to your limits and the schedule is always changing meaning you never get bored. John and the team are energetic, positive and motivating! I recently got married and had PT sessions with John, he listened to my goals and in the three month period we achieved them and I feel the fittest, happiest and healthiest I have felt in a long while! If you are getting bored of your normal gym routine, just want to try something different, haven't worked out in a while or want to get started...Breathe is the place for you!
Life changing! John & Fia and the team have created an incredibly friendly and supportive environment, developing like minded people with a shared objective. The sessions guarantee an efficient and highly effective workout every time. I've been a member of many gyms / fitness centres over the years; Breathe is the only one that I look forward to going to even for the 6.15am sessions! and is the only place that consistently motivates me and achieves results; physically and mentally. Thank you Breathe!
John and the team have made what should be arduous, addictive. I joined Breathe Studios early 2017 and after class one I was completely hooked. The sessions are so diverse and dynamic, there is something for everyone. Gone are the mindless minutes on a treadmill....! A friendly, welcoming community- great juices and delicious food too. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their fitness, get results and enjoy the journey.
This place eliminates all the stress and frustration that you get with conventional gyms. Gone are the days of waiting for gym equipment or feeling lost for workout ideas. After years of working out and trying multiple techniques, from PT’s in commercialised gyms and random app trends, I was constantly getting to a point of being demotivated, bored of training on my own and not necessarily seeing progress or knowing if I’m doing things right. Breathe has changed my outlook on exercise completely and I’m surrounded by likeminded others in this unique space. The coaches have kept me motivated and continued to challenge myself to become better, stronger and live a healthier lifestyle. The group classes feel like I’m getting the same attention as I would with a 1-2-1 personal trainer and it’s affordable. I saw significant difference in not just my physical appearance but my overall health in 3 months and have now been training at Breathe for almost 18 months! I’d highly recommend training at Breathe whatever your goals are in fitness. Group training allows you to become part of a community and their personal coaching sessions are completely tailored to your needs and will make you feel confidently educated. Thanks guys!
Attended my first session at Breathe this week and I was really impressed that somewhere like this even exists in Farnham - a series of fitness classes run by experts to get a lean body quick through the concept of ride, sculpt and move. The studios are really cool and the people are very welcoming - the changing rooms even have hair dryers and straighteners! I would definitely recommend the classes to anyone, but particularly new mums like me to get back in shape and strengthen your core. I'm looking forward to getting my body back and feeling confident again... Sharon Barlow
There are not enough superlatives to describe Breathe! Brilliant and knowledgable instructors, a wide range of classes with something for everyone and a friendly vibe. Everyone is so friendly unlike my experience at large chain gyms in the past. I would not hesitate to recommend Breathe. Oh and delicious healthy snacks available too!
I have struggled for years well forever, really with motivating myself for the gym and also with being shy about doing group classes, but Breathe Studios has been an absolute life-changer for me - mostly 45 minute classes which are intense but doable with teachers that motivate not humiliate, and with so many different classes it is NEVER boring. I am also a yogi and the teachers here are incredible. For the first time I'm working out at 6:15am for the morning classes and go into work ready to take on the world! I've never felt better in my mind and body since joining Breathe and the community John and his team have created through their welcoming, friendly and generous nature is the most special thing about it. This place is destined for big things!
Everyone at Breathe is always so welcoming and passionate for you to achieve your own personal goals and are proud to be part of your journey. This isn't a gym, it's a community! I started at breathe about 3 months ago and the amount of progress has been significant! I am fitter, healthier, I have more energy and I feel epic!
