While in queue i enjoyed watching the interactions between Barista Ash and customer in front of myself. Ash knew what this customers preference up to an including the hazlenut addition to the mans drink.. he then served me up to and including try to upsale.. and as much as i like you bacon baps and cakes... i had previously already had my breakfast... Your assistant Manager who was coffee service also interacted well with customers.. will definitely use this Costa again 😊
