Popped in for a lunch Thursday just as they started serving food. Both adults ordered burgers, cajun chicken and the stag burger, also had a children's nuggets, chips and beans. All meals were cooked well and tasted great. Good portion sizes and came out fairly quickly. Prices for both food and drinks are not too overpriced. There's a garden area overlooking countryside which is lovely and a small fenced off play area which I would say is aimed more at slightly older children. Car park out the front with a fair few spaces. Service was great and staff were friendly throughout. Dog bowls placed outside so can assume dog friendly too. Only downfall I'd say is the lack of accessibility for people in wheelchairs. Baby change unit available but only inside the women's toilets not separate.
Had sunday lunch there yesterday. The meal was excellent, lovely fresh tasting food, well cooked topped by the biggest Yorkshire pudding in the world . The staff were very friendly and efficient. The pub and outlook are just as advertised. All in all a very pleasant Sunday lunch will done
Decent little pub in Flackwell Heath. Pizza's were good. Portion sizes were good, views were great and the beer was cold. Bit expensive for food but the food was better than that at the Papermill where we were staying.
We've had an amazing lunch there with some nice vegetarian options available. The food is very tasty and the portions are generous including the children' menu. The view of the countryside is outstanding and there is a lovely play area for the little ones. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back for a spot of lunch!
Thanks for allowing us to take over the Stag for a great 50th birthday. Your Staff worked so hard. We came back the next day for a perfect roast. Definitely 5 star roast.
Wonderful fish and chips, a friendly and relaxed place, great service, and clearly popular. Highly recommended!
Popped in on the off chance they were doing food. Wasn't disappointed, food was reasonable priced, good sized portion and very good quality. Staff are friendly and helpful and show willingness aswell

Great kitchen and a lovely beer garden. I went there for bbq with friends and the ribs where amazing. Really well served and with a stunning view to the fields. Will definitely come back
