I can honestly say that this place is absolutely fantastic.   I have visited many spas but this one has been the very best.    The facilities are amazing.  The bedrooms amazing.  The food is 1st class.  The staff are the best people I have ever encountered.   I can recommend this place 100 %.    We have decided to go back every couple of months.   Nowhere else will do.

I spent 7 months straight staying here on business. Classy rooms, staff who can't do enough for you and high quality food. The option to stroll down the road to the vast array of facilities on offer in the holiday park now and again for a bit of variety is great. Hygiene is flawless. Parking is ample. I feel very lucky to have found it.

A high quality experience from start to finish. Attentive staff. Hydrotherapy journey was a relaxing and worthwhile spa experience. Lunch was fantastic and again very high standards. Highly recommended.

Changes are good especially the changing rooms. However a blocked toilet and sink was poor supervision by the staff. The session in the spa of 2 hours is very limited. I would prefer 3 hrs minimum to save clock watching.

I've spent one night of a three night stay at the hotel and I'm very impressed. The room is very modern and comfortable. My room has a super king bed. I recommend requesting the extra pillows with lavender in to help sleep. The bathroom has a large shower with Infiniti shower and a separate bath. The bath is quite small though. The food is excellent. I ordered a 3 course meal, two bottles of cider and a £3 room delivery charge for £35 which is very reasonable for a hotel! The food itself is delicious but I was disappointed with the portion size, I thought they were very small. I'm looking forward to the rest of my stay
