Fantastic location and setting. Reservations incorrectly booked twin room with single beds, instead of double room, Mrs Fraser not impressed. Reception pulled the stops out and upgraded us. Staff excellent, especially Nick, the Guest Experience Manager, who ensured our stay was memorable. Will definitely be back!

Spent our 1 year wedding anniversary at the Oultan Hall. Not familiar with the area but and amazing place to stay at. Service and breakfast was at a very high standards. Rooms were clean and were given a complimentary mini bar with a good selection of drinks. Spa facilities were great too Would definitely come back to stay and recommend it to other.

Amazing experience nice clean and very modern. Only downside is the catering. Whilst hospitality was amazing this time round, the food was a great disappointment and the fact regardless of you notifying dietary requirements before hand, they never know what you want and fail to provide the full order.

Been to Oulton Hall lots of times and thought it would be a nice treat, to book a junior suite . Wow it certainly was a treat ! Absolutely fabulous room so grand and spacious,the view was breath taking ! Super comfy king size bed that comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud ! Evening meal was delicious  as was breakfast with plenty of choice and great service! The staff are so attentive a big thank you to Oliver for remembering us. A big thanks to Ellie who always makes time to chat and makes us feel so welcome. Thanks to Oulton we have come away feeling totally spoilt and we can't wait to come back very soon

Great Spa and Gym. Good sized pool, hot spa, Sauna and Steam Room. Sauna really hot which was good, and Steam Room really steamy and warm too. Decent sized Gym with enough equipment and free weights

Medina did a wonderful back, neck and shoulder massage plus facial for me! It was absolutely perfect and I felt like I was on a cloud afterwards, highly recommend

I really enjoyed my day at this spa. We rang up to book in and they said we could choose our treatments on the day and we could arrive from 10am and stay until 6pm. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly. The masseuse I had was amazing. The lunch was ok but I suppose I was hoping for something a little different. The call the day before was helpful to know about the pound for the lockers and to bring our own footwear, flip flops.

Loved it. My friend and I booked for the afternoon tea Spa day. We were shown to a cafe style sitting area, we had coffees and a relaxed chat.  Someone came to ask what time we would like afternoon tea and if we had any dietary requirements.  We had to ask though about us going into the spa area as we had arrived early and weren't aware of when we should go in. A lady, though, kindly shown us both around. After being in the spa, sauna, steam room, pool and jacuzzi we each had our 25 minute treatment which was very good and relaxing. We were then shown to another room to chill for a while. We went and changed for afternoon tea that was in the drawing room in the hotel. The whole place was very relaxing and inviting at the same time. Afternoon tea was really nice we had a glass of prosecco with it too.  The place was not rushed and staff where lovely not too overbearing yet attentive.  We chatted to the manager for some time, who was very charming and friendly.  We had a really good time and would recommend this place.

Lovely massage from Medina. She really knew her stuff, was professional and put me a ease. Nice spa day and lunch enjoyed by all.
