Story

The Smugglers Inn is one of the only restaurants in the area that provide a full lunch and evening menu alongside our famous 'Farmers Feast Carvery' every day of the week. Situated in the beautiful town of Dawlish in Devon, you can expect to be surrounded by stunning panoramic views of the ocean and the surrounding countryside. A view that is not to be missed.

We are also home to some of the best Real Ales and cider on the market including: Dartmoor Legend, Teignworthy Reel and our guest pump which changes on a regular basis. We also have a full wine list and a fantastic variety of soft drinks.

There is something for everyone.

After an amazing day to the beach we stop there to eat. The food was delicious and the lady from the bar was very nice with our son. Very impressed. Definitely will come back.

Great place to eat. Food very tasty , lovely wine at a reasonable cost. Staff made us feel so welcome. We enjoyed it so much that we walked a mile there & back all  4 nights of our holiday

We visited here on Sunday and has an absolutely lovely meal. I  explained to them that I was gluten free and he told me exactly what I could have. I opted for the carvery and they made me a special Yorkshire pudding and my own gravy. All the staff were extremely helpful.

We booked a table for 4pm, however arrived early after a morning at the beach. They managed to rearrange and accommodate us being early. The food was amazing and staff were ever so friendly.
