I ordered a bed 2 weeks ago and received it in the wrong colour with a huge crack in the headboard. When I asked for a replacement, they couldn't give me a straight answer regarding the colour I had requested. I simply wanted a mahogany bed but was sent a cherry wood and told that every batch is slightly different in colour. Why are you advertising a dark brown and reddish brown frame then? Why give colour options? I was told that I would be issued a refund as soon as they collected the bed but it's been a week since they've collected the bed and still no refund. My partner and I got rid of our old bed to make space for the new one and now we have to sleep on the floor. Awful company. Have some consideration for your customers and be mindful that you are a furniture company. When you neglect a customer, it has a big impact on their day to day lives because of the nature of what you're selling. I do not recommend them at all.

Terrible delivery provider  , the company they use for delivery is the worst. 

I took the whole day off , and then was told sent to wrong depot , no ETA given for a new delivery.

In addition to the original delivery issue the manufacturer shipped the wrong item , it has being long and painful process to get sorted. Still awaiting the new ETA , but i am not impressed at all. Very disappointed by the whole process. The manufacturer  also was very unhelpful. If i could give minus starts would be a minus 3.

Great service both times I've bought from The Sleep Station. First bed has lasted us seven years and still going strong, the second is its replacement and I have no doubt is another winner!!!

Cheaper prices from this website is what you'll get but that's all you will get!!
Our order was taken and paid for but that's where it ended!

A week later and we're still waiting for contact from the delivery company to hear when we will receive items. Are our items even manufactured yet??

TheSleepStation could at least liaise with the manufacturer/distributor company to give us some idea of when items will be ready for the delivery company.
Keeping customers informed would be a Big Plus!!
