I went a day ago to find an item, i have severe anxiety and built up the courage to ask for help! The worker was lovely and told me there was 12 of the item in stock and if they’re not out they’re sold  I thought it was strange as I worked in retail for years and I peaked at the scanner they were holding I left it and continued with my day. Today my friend went into the same store and to our shock all of that item is laid out on the shelves where it wasn’t a day ago.nnSo the worker lied to me because they didn’t want to go to the stock room. I guess it is a big store and maybe a long journey to it ! But it’s not okay. I’ve seen better atmospheres in other b&ms where the workers are so nice, chatty and will help all customer and go above and beyond.

First time going in the place was boiling, they had the heat on flat out.nthe next time i visited it was freezing in there…nnPrices aren’t that good in all honesty although the products are okay.nnIf you need home bits it’s alright but this is not the best shop.

Plenty of parking outside.nA nice selection of homeware and goods at low prices.nTrolleys available,  some of them need a pound, some don't. A bit hit and miss. Bring a pound anyways!!nOutdoors area, food, frozen food, pets, home furnishings,  and many more.nSome of the Isles are a little narrow and made even narrower with large baskets of goods in them.nHard to pass people coming the other way. Not good with covid.nMain issue is the tills, and as you can see from my picture, there's a massive queue for the tills, with only 2 open.nStaff walking around, but yet nobody opened another till despite the queue.nThe queue was around 15 minutes.nNot an ideal situation.

Middle of Christmas period and only 1 till open, been waiting for 15 mins already. What a joke.

No stock on shelves. Zero trolleys to use so shoppers just walking around with piles of shopping bundled in their arms  all trolleys left around carpark by lazy shoppers . Plenty of staff stocking shelves.One till open on a very busy evening before Christmas. Not one thought by management to have a member of staff go collect trolleys around carpark or to open another till.
