A fantastic experience with the Wellingborough Branch, in particular Mark the Manager. We went looking elsewhere after visiting and come back to purchase our bed and mattress, really great experience and can highly recommend!
A very helpful, knowledgeable and personable shop assistant called Maria, who usually works in the Kettering branch, served us. Excellent. We went in very tired and came out having bought exactly what we wanted, a very comfortable mattress and feeling refreshed!
Been in store today at 16.50. No customers. Staff seating on the sofa chit chating. Store has products on sale to take home but when asked sales lady she has no clue what she has got in store. Perhaps with service like this there is a reason why the store is empty.
Poor communication and now I'm out of pocket over £200! Obtained a quote from Dreams on a Friday, advised we were waiting on mortgage funds to clear in full; was told to come back next week when we est the funds would arrive and if I brought the quote we could proceed. Returned on the Thursday afterwards and turns out the "discount" added to the quote ended on Tuesday and no one thought to inform me before I left that this discount was due to end. Nothing on my quote. I was very shocked and angry when I went to place my order today that I would pay over £200 more!! extremely disappointed by the lack of communication which has put me in a disadvantaged position financially. What's even worse is their website does not have any discount code box on a order
All the staff at the Wellingborough branch today were brilliant, each of the 4 played a hand in my bed purchase, giving me some excellent savings along the way. Thank you so much
Shop was well presented and the staff were helpful. Not keen on the gimmicks to try and persuade you to spend more money than is necessary. Being charged to put a bed that has cost nearly £1400 together is a fee that should not be added. £55 to put bed together is pretty disgusting
Sales person very knowledgeable, no 'hard sell'
Tried the Mattress machine. That was fun, plus the staff were lovely. New fancy mattress arrives in 10 days!
Friendly staff, really took the time to show us what we needed. Went in on a Sunday there was the manager and a young lady who were both brilliant, can't remember there names sorry to say. Highly recommend this store.
Phil the manager who I dealt with was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
