Great line of products and great staff who really want to help you. We brought a double hanging chair and we went to a few places to get the best one. They had a great quality one, we went to places that had inferior quality but this place had the real quality products. They spoke to us about the products and even got measuring tape and measured the width for us. They were very helpful and they delivered it in a few days. The delivery people were also really friendly and helpful. They offered to bring it anywhere we wanted. Staff ***** Products ***** Quality ***** Delivery ***** Overall very good experience, the products might cost a little more but the quality is truly better. We tested similar items in other shops where items had creaks and we just not as enjoyable. We have had our chair from Best Buy for around a month and we use it everyday and its 100% great. Overall 5 out 5.
Great shop bit hidden away. Some great basic ski and outdoor ware at good prices. They stay away from the big overpriced brands so ideal for kids who may only get a few years wear. Looked good for camping basics as well. From tents to stoves and sleeping bags. Again mid range brands so well priced. Free parking outside in little retail park.

I called in yesterday to buy some camping gas. I saw the cantilever parasols on display and asked a staff member how they work. She was super friendly and helpful and I decided to purchase one and the base there and then. The offer of loading it into my car was gratefully accepted. They went further and took the base of the parasol out the box and screwed it all together for me this would have taken me about half an hour then the car was loaded and on I went. This meant that at home it was super easy to fit. I will definitely shop here again and so nice to see friendly and helpful staff that went out their way on a very hot day to assist me.
This shop used to have a great range of tents and camping equipment, but alas the camping section seems to have been relegated to an area the size of a broom cupboard. It's a great shop if you want to buy a hot tub or garden furniture though!
Bought 2 x 13 kg patio gas bottles last summer now empty I thought I’d get my deposit back who keeps a receipt for this so I rang best buys and the best advise was we can give you £10 each even though my deposit was £39 each bottle or advertise on face book as it’s my fault I didn’t keep the receipt what a con so if you buy the bottle keep the receipt not helpful at all unless your spending money I’ll buy from somewhere else now
Best customer service we’ve ever received. Adam went above and beyond to help us make the right choice of gazebo. We purchased it in the morning and it was delivered in the afternoon by 2 most helpful lads who placed all the boxes carefully exactly where we wanted it put. Highly recommended and would definitely purchase with confidence in the future.
What a brilliant store, spent all day going to Dobbies, B & Q, and other garden centres to buy a rattan corner dining set. The others have them on display but not available. Bestbuys only display what you can buy, the staff are fantastic and helpful. I can’t believe I didn’t think of here first. The dining set is perfect too.
Bought this coat. Now calling it my MENOPAUSE COAT . Had 2 hot flushes & for the first time EVER didn't feel the need to GET COAT OFF QUICK. Not sure how it works but gets a FAB from me, Staff very pleasant too
