Lovely park with a few trails we done the meadow trail kept the kids entertained for a couple hours. Play park was ok more suitable for younger children.

I love this place. Great Rose gardens and huge green spaces for everyone. Tranquil and peaceful. Reasonable cafe prices. Nice day out.  Dog-friendliness: Good for dogs, but make sure on a lead.,

Visit 07/01/2022 - easy to get to, two car parks. we parked at the higher car park, I’d recommend starting from the lower car park next to the Ability Cafe, if with pram/children I’d suggest walking up toward the other car park and then follow the yellow route signs for a great/scenic accessible walk.

Absolutely stunning park grounds with lots of wildflowers and other plants. Very well kept. Plenty of parking available. Perfect for a nice walk in the winter sun.  Restrooms: Very clean.  Dog-friendliness: Definitely fantastic for dogs but there is quite a few signs to say keep your dog on a lead and clean up after the dog.  Picnic area: Lots of picnic tables placed all over the grounds.

a very beautiful park, blooming all year round - in summer, the roses are exceptional.  It is a large and well maintained park.

Great spot for a walk, not far from the city. Nice mix of grassy areas for dogs to play and woods to explore!

Great open spaces, Rose gardens are a delight, good children's play park but mainly for 6 years and over.

Large open park. Hosts Rose trials. Dog friendly,  plenty of open space for everybody. Good play park for children

It is lovely park to spend time with your friends , family and loved one . It is massively spread out. It is well known for its Rose garden . At this time of year , one can find colourful roses growing. It is  thoroughly blissful to be close to nature.
