I took my laptop here for data retrieval and all the genius did was format my hard drive losing everything including extremely important information ... and charging me for the experience. Was some time ago but I am stunned to see them still in operation!! To be avoided.

We came to shop7 to replace our phone’s screen which was broken. We have paid 300£ but the new  screen did not work. They have also replaced lots of original components by fake ones without our consent. 
Be very prudent! When you have paid they won’t take attention to you anymore

YOU NEED TO AVOID THIS SHOP!!!!! I gave him my broken phone, my home button wasn't working. This is why i decided to repair it. After being repaired my phone worked for a maximum of 24h, right after this, my phone wasn't working anymore and some other buttons such as the volume one weren't not working. This is how i discovered that he replaced them as well.

Lawrence and his team give a great service and good time. They have great product knowledge and he is very reasonably priced. Would defiantly recommend.

A ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT !!!  Après réparation le tel portable de mon filleul, le vendeur n’a pas assumé qu’il avait changé des pièces d’origine par des pièces plastiques, bas de gamme. Aucun geste commercial de sa part et en plus il a cherché à nous intimider. Digne d’un malhonnête...
