A professional, courteous business with staff who are experts at what they do. 10 years and three laptops later, I am grateful to be able to turn to Han and his team for my computing or mobile phone needs. Have today just engaged Han to switch out Windows 10 for Linux when an installation wiped my laptop's hard drive, and now I couldn't be happier. Support this local business who are providing a much needed service in the area. Several buses stop outside the Store, easy to get to. Many special offers are available inside the Store, and online, just pop in and ask. Outside business hours, go to the website and complete the query form, and you will receive a response, followed up by a phone call. Visit often as stock changes and offers are sometimes limited.

Just had my laptop fan replaced and my built in web camera restored. The staff, both on the phone and in the shop, were very helpful and friendly. Very satisfied with the results and it cost less than I thought it would and what I'd been quoted by other companies. Highly recommended. If I have another problem I will certainly go straight to them. They're also open on a Sunday which is a real bonus.

On my son's recommendation I took a laptop in which needed attention. It was an elderly laptop and I needed an honest opinion as to whether it was worth spending money on it. The guys booted it up on the spot and within five minutes had identified the issues. Having established there was nothing wrong of a serious nature, I left it with them and it was ready for collection a couple of days later. The people there are clearly honest and transparent in their dealings. They gave the correct diagnosis, fixed the problems and the cost was modest. Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent friendly service. I needed to upgrade the memory on a laptop. They gave a good explanation of what I needed and why, and provided two memory sticks at a very competitive price. Also gave good advice/explanation on the options for upgrading the hard drive on a desktop system. Highly recommended.

Excellent friendly service, very reasonably priced. I'd had a phone repaired here before so took my laptop in needing a new screen. Quick turn around and very pleased with the results. Thanks!
