We had my daughter birthday party here today it was brilliant everyone had such a nice time and the staff our friendly. To reserve a table you need a minimum of 6 kids to do 2 hours of soft play. The ball pit bit is for babies not two years and up. Follow the rules and don’t be rude to staff. There’s a cafe and post office here to it’s a lovely set up. Very glad we organised her Daughters birthday here
I have been a few times to the centre but my last visit left me very disappointed and I will never go back. I usually take one child with me but the other day I took my baby and my 3yo to meet with a friend and her small baby. We have been told one area is for babies only and my 3yo wasn’t allowed in. But as we went in to get our babies settled in, my toddler followed. The staff member immediately told her to get out of the area and as any parent of a toddler knows, it’s the worst thing you can do.. considering there was NO ONE else at the entire soft play, he could have given me 5 min to settle the baby and get the toddler out or for her the to get bored in there and go on the slide next door. Instead I ended up going in between the two like a mad woman because both of my children were crying for me when I left them. I ended up taking my baby to the section for older kids, which is very difficult to walk round with a non crawling baby and there is not much for them to do there.. the whole thing is very annoying as I spent £21 for the three kids as I didn’t book the babies’ session in advance and I couldn’t even see my friend, who I wanted to chat with. So disappointing and the staff in any way did not care to be empathetic at any point.. will rather go to a proper soft play or stay and play that is much cheaper and more welcoming.
Very disappointed with this place. I went there with high hopes after reading reviews but i didn't have a good experience with my toddler. The space that children play from 2-10 year old was so busy, kids being unsupervised and even I was there with my toddler they were bashing at my toddler who just desperately wanted to play and have a nice time . It's really not a space for a 2 year old, completely not safe. I wanted to cheer us up and went to a cafe for a treat and the stuff were so unfriendly, no one smiles there. Very disappointing When
We love this place, a soft play setting that's very different to others. It's great to see the church building used so well for a soft play, cafe and post office and other things during the week and also serves the local community in different ways. The baby/toddler area under 24 months is better than many soft plays and it's great to go somewhere that is helping the local area.
Great place to take young children. Coffee at the cafe is good quality and fairly priced We've attended some baby classes with Heart Beeps here. They are superb.
Cool venue for an evening concert. But this place is more than that. It’s a church on Sundays, a post office, a cafe, a bar and a playground. A community center and so much more.
Good centre in the area, you can see many events in here such as music for babies or children. Also, it has a post office, cafe and a soft play. Very crowded during the day and weekends. Overground, underground and bus stations are very close.
It's been a while since we've been here, so I forgot to book online early. I was told they were booked solid from 2 on. The lady at reception wasn't very friendly but let my daughter play from 1:30 until 2 and charged for a full hour. The floor was filthy and looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in at least a couple days.
One of the most amazing examples of how to use space efficiently, this is a soft play café and post office amazing Mecca for mums families and anyone who likes spaces that have been repurposed.
Very chaotic softplay and it's very noisy inside. I would not recommend for toddlers. It might be ok for older kids. Really I don't understand all the fuss about this softplay. It's also extremely dark. Very packed, they should really limit the number of children.
