LifeClubs helped me to define my goals and create a concrete plan towards achieving them. Their workshops dive deep under the surface to make you think about your life, passions, inhibitions, goals, etc. in new ways. LifeClubs has made it easier for me to adapt to changes in my life and be prepared for what's next. Really looking forward to my next workshop and the growth I will discover from it!
I was fortunate to attend several of Life Club’s workshops and I would, without a doubt, encourage everyone to sign up and experience that for themselves. It is always fascinating to see and live the transformation that these self development courses have on all the participants every.single.time! The design, content, and approach are very well thought through that it comes as no surprise that people keep coming back for more fun, self-awareness, and simply action that moves them forward. It’s a thoughtful gift that you can give for those you care about or why not “from me to me with love”!
I have now experienced a number of Life Clubs workshops and found them to be a very accessible way of developing personally in a group setting. Groups feel non-judgmental and safe, and exercises are a great balance between depth and 'bite sized' exploration. I learned more about myself and about other people, and have more tools with which to approach my life and learn to think differently. If you are looking for a coaching community group, I highly recommend Life Clubs!
I've attended 2 Life Club classes so far in Brixton. The first was on Finding your Purpose and it was really valuable to me when I was at a crossroads in my life. Michaela is a friendly and welcoming teacher, and I enjoyed the company of the other participants as we explored our values and goals together. Highly recommended.
