Staff were very friendly and helpful. I have allergies and they spent a lit of time helping me pick. One server even got special vegetables and gravy from the kitchen. Thank you very much you guys. Nicely decorated too.

Guys! You have the best Roast Dinner ever! How amazing is to have a place with this Menu every day and all day long! Love it! I have been many times now and won’t stop going! Beautiful

We have eaten here numerous times and have never had a complaint. Our preferred meal is the carvery which I can highly recommend. On this occasion we have just been for my birthday meal for 16 people. The staff as always are friendly, professional and have gone above and beyond to ensure we all had the best time. Not one of my party had anything but praise for all the various dishes. The chef in particular needs a mention too as the food is consistently out of this world. Prices are great for the food you get. It is family friendly which helped this evening. Honestly if you are thinking of going don't hesitate. GO! Truthfully we wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I went for breakfast on Friday last week and was to say the least surprising,  not only in the quality of the food but in the fact that it wasn't over cooked or poorly prepared. The choices were limited but perfectly adequate... I will go back again and would recommend this as a great value place to eat.

This establishment was a real find. Enjoyed a wonderful carvery, served by extremely cheerful, helpful and friendly staff. First rate customer service and reasonably priced too. Would highly recommend The Shepherds Stonehouse for a meal and drink. They deserve to do well. You won’t be disappointed. Well done to a wonderful team!

We have been here 3 times this week for the Carvery. Food is lovely and the staff are all nice and friendly especially Danielle she took the time to sit down and have a chat with us. Lovely place and lovely lady. Will definitely be visiting again. Many thanks Nicola and Garry x

Called here for a carvery recently. Paid just over £30 form myself & my wife with 2 drinks.  All I can say is!!!  If you like fake smash potatoes & frozen vegetables then this is the place for you.  The meats were fine but for this price I believe that freshly cooked ingredients are more than justifiable. The staff canbeas nice & lovely as you could ask for but at the end of the day your go to a restaurant for food & that's the most important thing.  I will not make the mistake of visiting this establishment ever again when I can can get freshly made food at less price elsewhere quite easily.  If you expect food quality!! This is not the place for you.  I hope the proprietors of this so called restaurant old at least a basic understanding of food quality & quickly rectify the deficiencies otherwise there is no future for them in the food industry.

We’ve been twice in less than two weeks for the carvery. Both occasions were in the week and the food was excellent value and taste. The service on the food counter was polite and professional. On the bar Tracy was helpful and made me smile on both occasions. Danielle looked after us all like my mother . Will be back soon we hope

Gaby is a rock star. The food was bloody lovely, I had a standard plate, plenty of meat even a sausage plus was offered 3 Yorkers, only had 2 I’m not greedy. My Mum had a kids plate, no headache because she is not a child, plate was loaded and it was the first time in r would say about 10 years. Sure means food was nice. 2 pints and 2 large wines. £36. Not bad at all. Gaby made it my day with how she was, a real asset to the pub.

First time visiting this place this afternoon and I can safely say I will not be returning, decided to have a carvery and it was awful. The meat was very dry & did not taste fresh in the slightest. The potato’s and stuffing was hard, the only nice thing was the starter.
