Placed a huge order for a work day, decided to ring it in as had GF requests, guy on the phone was really helpful and suggested different deals to make some bits we were ordering more worthwhile. We used the 40% of over £40 offer and it made a HUGE difference! It showed up bang on time and we were able to pay with card on delivery. Really impressed with the overall service and the amount of food we were able to order for what we paid. Definitely a deal worth using!

I ordered a pizza at 04.24. I gave instructions for the driver to ring me as i am at work and they cannot enter the building for security reasons. The tracker told me that the pizza had arrived but i received no phone call. I rang the store multiple times and there was no answer.I am not happy that i paid £20.99 for my purchase not to arrive. I will NEVER order from this company EVER again. there was no effort made to contact myself and this is not acceptable. I had checked my phone number on the website to check that i had not given the wrong number, and i had not. I would like my money back ASAP. Is this really how this company treats new customers?

(Night Staff) Absolutely shocking customer service, manager needs serious remedial training in customer service!!! When the delivery man attempted to deliver my pizza he didn’t have the right change and expected me to pay 20£ for a cheese and tomato.. this would’ve been fine if I hadn’t lost my wallet night previous so I could’ve been reinstated the lost money. Manager rings up threatening me and blocks number. Poor guy couldn’t manage his way out of a paper bag.. have to feel for him 🤔.

So after 2 and a half hours I still don't have my pizza and have now given up... can I have my money back? I ordered at 12 and it's half 2 now. Spent half an hour trying to get through on the phone and after 15 attempts no luck. Sent an email to customer care and they said I'd be contacted within 5 days.... doesn't really help as I'm now out of pocket until it's sorted (which it better be) all because this store can't get one order right, plus I'm only 15 minutes drive away from the store so don't understand the hold up. I have just been rang by the driver to say he's 10 minutes away.... I'll be telling him where to shove it and for my money, no doubt it's cold now and I'm gone past even being hungry. Will not be using dominos again, I'm sick of the F*** ups from this store.
