My 1 star rating is for their delivery service! Items missing all the item, wrong food sent out , or food is always cold and stale. A double cheeseburger normal not plain arrived with just a bit of onion, no sauces on it or the pickles. The meat patty from the chicken sandwich was cold and rock hard.
Horrible place , never gonna order again. It’s not the first time that this situation has happened to me in McDonald’s Netherfield. The worst place ever i’ve been to. Food came cold , all extras items were missing too. No pickle,onion and mustard at all.Not surprised while in that place are only working teenagers who are staring on their phones instead of working. I would never speed my money there again.
I ordered 9 nuggets and only received 7. Manager was cool and sorted it out. My friend then opened his 6 nugget box to find only 5. Didn't complain because worker in the back seemed visibly aggravated after the first complaint. Food was pretty decent tho and the manager was nice about the situation. much love
Terrible Service and Inaccurate OrdersnI had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s in Netherfield. I ordered two meals, including nuggets, but they failed to deliver them. The food quality is below standard, and they consistently mess up orders. To make matters worse, they don't offer refunds for their mistakes. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone—completely disappointing.
This McDonald’s always says it’s either ran out of McFlurry or the machine is not working which both is a lie. Sort it out every other McDonalds always have McFlurry this one no lie don’t think Ive ever had one here as it’s always sold out or not working. Worse one going
