Staff very welcoming. Good value. Lovely fire. Clean. Sausage and steak baguettes looked lovely, except I chose the awful, overbaked and very salty lasagne! My husband's chilli was very nice!Service: 4/5

Just what ya need after a day on magna park smashing pipe in!! Top fresh clean pint of San Miguel, lovely chill out area at back of pub, and if you want some food, well it’s excellent, I had homemade hotpot with mint sauce last night, gonna have it again Monday!! Best pub in Lutterworth by a long stretch ENJOY
I'd originally booked the hotel to go to a festival nearby, but had to cancel a few months prior due to other commitments. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful & friendly, so whilst I didn't stay at the hotel on this occasion, I don't doubt the hotel is as excellent as their customer service. If I'm able to go to the festival next year, The Shambles will be my first choice.
We stopped here for a nightcap after having a meal down the road. The bar man was friendly and helpful. The bar looked cosy and inviting and I am looking forward to going back.
Was ok, but service when waiting to be served was not so good, long waits with no communication, very slow to get a beer. Not what the pub used to be, but if they got a bit more lively with serving people it would make all the difference.Rooms: 5/5
Went in here for a drink only, friendly staff, prices on a par with anywhere else, menu looked good, decent prices, unfortunately we didn't get to eat anything, can only say what we saw come out looked good.Location: 5/5
Bad customer service poor menu and none of the serving staff could help with dietary requirements Staff attitude very poor didn’t care if we stayed or went sadly after many years of going to the shambles we will not be visiting again anytime soon Christmas Day menus we had 4 in table mine said it was £54.85 my husbands said £56.95 and our friend said £59.95 confused
Food appalling, boiled potatoes crushed up are meant to be mash also cold carrots and green beans uncooked pie was the hottest obviously microwaved don't eat here, having now read some reviews they thank for good and make excuses for bad in particular " you're obviously not an electrician" RUDEService: 2/5
Great pub in my place of work! Handy when waiting for the bus! Service: 5/5
