As others have mentioned took about 1.5 hrs for the pizza to arrive. No apologies pizza was cold. Not what you expect from a dominoes

Ordered pizza took 1'hour 25 mins ordered extra cheese pizza was rubbish hardly any cheese when I ordered extra . This second time I've waited over an hour I would love to know wot extra means if I hadn't ordered extra cheese it would of had none on it worst dominoes in Leicestershire dominoes complaints say complain to shop first wots the point it's not the first time and they have terrible reviews so why complain to the manager heard people bin told next time we will give u a free pizza why when they can never get it right all the reviews u read are tru avoid this'll rubbish dominoes

Absolutely disgusting service, pizza took well over an hour to arrive. I rang to find out how long it would be I was on hold for 17 mins waiting for the manager to speak to me. I gave up and rang back and the young girl on the phone went to tell the manager ive rang back but forgot to put me on hold and I heard them talking bad about me and my colleagues. Pizza finally arrived it was stone cold! I ordered this pizza for our last day at work for all the staff to enjoy as you can imagine it all got ruined. NEVER will I be using there services again and I will be telling all my friends and family not to use them also. Gemma who was on the phone did everything she possibly could but the manager really did not care and left his staff to take the downfall.
