Very good selection of ales plus Belgian beers. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Friendly atmosphere. I based my star rating solely on how much I enjoyed the beer.

Homely pub family run with strong local base. Run by Mother Father Son I feel. Nice place for one pint and check in on your social media.

A great locals bar that is very welcoming to all with great  choice of ales and beers. Always had a dark ale on each visit over the years with today being no exception. Wish it was my local.

Proper pub. Wide range of delectable hoppy South Coast ales properly stored and served. Staff and clientele local working people as well as from Newcastle, Liverpool and Clitheroe, who could complete the Guardian crossword with barely a moment's thought. Hard to believe that this piece of Heaven really exists on Earth.

Excellent, as always.

Great pub reasonably priced great range of beers. One thing I did enjoy were the dancing girls on a Friday night. Not as good since Soapy left a great demise as not many have a sense of humour like he did RIP Soaps

Great little real pub.... Beer is always on point!
