My boyfriend and I went to use the infrared sauna, and it was set up very well, we had full privacy, and it was nice and clean. The robes, water, and towels were great for breaks and using the shower. One thing I wish was available was a hair dryer. My hair takes a while to dry naturally, and it was a cold winter day outside. If they had provided a hair dryer, the experience would have been a 5/5. You get a great sweat from the sauna, and it really helped us feel detoxified and rejuvenated.
Great space. My husband has chronic congestion. We booked for an hour. The chairs were comfortable recliners, and the music was soothing. Privacy is given by staff. They simply knock on the door when your time is up. The biggest plus for me was that it was not a shared space. The room was ours for the hour. Thank you for a great experience!
Used the infrared sauna and the experience was fantastic. The room is well setup, private and comfortable. It has everything you need and a few welcome extras. Mackenzie was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Will definitely be using it again. My only suggestion, and this is not a criticism, is if they could be open a little later, especially on Saturdays.

My infrared sauna experience was exceptional. It’s a private room with a beautiful sauna, shower and ability to bluetooth your phone for audio in the sauna. Lovely staff & thoughtful touches: water provided and refrigerated towel for post-sauna. The experience far surpassed my expectations.
We have been taking our daughter 7 to salt therapy since she was 2, with great success! Early on in life she struggled with winter flu/cold season and after several rounds of antibiotics when she was 1.5 yo, she was diagnosed with viral asthma. A co-worker referred us to Salt Therapy and we have been going ever since! We have completely within first year of treatments removed the need for puffers and have been antibiotic free for the last 3 years! She loves playing in the salt, and we love the results! We continue our winter sessions and enjoy a less hectic cold/flu season! Highly recommend for anyone with littles who struggle with similar issues.
The customer service was outstanding, the cleanliness was impeccable, the experience was fantastic. I came for Float Tank Therapy for the first time and would love to come back again to try all services offered. Definitely recommend!!!
