Quaint little place, close to the city centre. A trendy place, not traditional Carribbean, no dumplings or some other stuff, but the food is lovely, with good portions and lots of drinks options. Definitely a great place for something a bit different with a great vibe and friendly staff!
The place to go for rum, they have a great selection with some of the best Caribbean and Venezuelan rums. The food is very nice, I had the jerk mayhem to share and it was super tasty, great value. The bar downstairs is great for a boogie in the later hours.
Great atmosphere but the food was disappointing, watered down recipes made more palatable for the unseasoned. lovely establishment, but food needs proper seasoning and jerked the real Caribbean way. loved the cocktails though
This is one of the finest little places I have been. Top class food ...Top class people with top class music ....and with Big Jim washing the glasses there's plenty to go round. Get down there to .....get down x
Amazing staff and amazing food. Had Jerk Veggie Patties and Channa = delicious. And the hot sauce is the stuff of dreams! LOVE YOU RUM SHACK
This place is so much fun! Staff are friendly and helpful, great drinks and food : Get the jerk chicken skewers and a mojito!
