I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Roadroom: Amazing guys who really know their stuff. excellent customer service, they really go above and beyond! My dad's a cyclist with 40 years experience an he is very impressed indeed! Also custom made an excellent bike for my mother which she loves using!

My grandparents used to take me here (in fact, to the MTB shop next door, which they operate with) to buy me bikes for Christmas, Birthdays etc. when I was younger. Went in today as was visiting the family and I needed a couple of small bits for my commuter. Staff were serving someone else and asked to me to hold on; no problem at all. Spent around 15 minutes looking at their array of dentist sled's/Cervelo's, although not actually that much to look at as they are all equipped with lower end groupsets. Guy who was being served leaves as someone else walks in. Staff start serving new customer. I suspect as he hasn't turned up on some old Italian steel (ie. I'm not going to be dropping £££ on a soulless piece of plastic) and I get sent next door for my small parts. Service from next door was great, I just wish if they couldn't be bothered to deal with me they had saved me the 15 minutes and sent me there to start with.
