Staff are nice, polite and helpful...the big 'put off' are the local scruffs and deadbeats, who congregate outside the store, for no obvious reason other than being randomly intimidatory, to Co-op customers of any kind or age group etc...

When there are lots of shoppers you can wait 20 mins to get served becouse there is only one serving that one call for other staff to man another till but thay dont bother to come outt of the back room
