I called in to Tring store yesterday to ask for help with my contact lenses. The customer service that I received from the staff was of the very highest standards. The two young women that helped me were simply outstanding. Polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgable, they saved my day with their kindness and made me feel so valued as a customer. Thank you.
Having been recommended to you I called in and was offered an appointment very quickly. I couldn't have been more impressed with the service on offer. The eye test was the most intensive I've ever had, each step was fully explained by the friendliest staff you could wish to meet. Time was taken choosing my frames 2 for the price of one and at no time was there any pressure to upsell as is the norm usually. The advice was spot on. Upon collection more time was spent ensuring the fit was perfect. I couldn't be more pleased. Many thanks to all of the staff there.

As Usual my experience at Tring Specsavers was absolutely above expectations. All the Staff take time to make sure you have what you need, no rush, just professionalism all round. Slightly reluctant to leave such an awesome review as everybody else from miles around will realise its worth that little effort to use Tring Specsavers above all others. But yes, if they were not my Local Branch i would make the time to Visit That Particular Branch. Well done everybody, its a pleasure to need visual assistance when dealing with Yourselves.
Good service here as usual. I have been using the Tring branch for a number of years and the service from the whole team has always been brilliant. Would definitely recommend using them.
Attended an emergency appointment on Monday 13th December because of an eye complaint. Booking the appointment and getting in the same day was great as I was very worried. All staff were brilliant and very caring after I got very emotional and scared what my diagnosis would be. My optician was brilliant and reassured me every step of the way. An urgent referral was made to Stoke Mandeville Hospital and was contacted out of hours and have an appointment this Friday. Well done to you all and thank you for looking after me.

Why oh why are all branches not up to this standard? Local branch not interested, Tring branch next day appointment, the lady that dealt with me was truly faultless elisia? and a delight to deal with. This store is a benchmark that other stores would do well to learn from.
I was travelling through the area when I needed an emergency appointment and called several opticians to no avail. This one, however, recognised the possible urgency and made time to fit me in the following day. A Sunday. The young man on the telephone, Daniel I believe, was totally professional, friendly, efficient and reassuring. The next day I was just amazed at the thoroughness of the tests and examinations I was given from the whole team working together. The Optometrist was absolutely wonderful and took the time to explain everything fully. I am just stunned at the level of care I received at such short notice. First class.
Excellent service so pleased with my new occupational glasses and distant glasses from Spec savers after previously purchasing glasses from Boots which did not suit my requirements and I struggled for a year with them, took to my new glasses from Spec Savers straight away.
