We had a wonderful experience at the Lowry restaurant. Daniel was our waiter and he was absolutely wonderful. So attentive and warm and made us laugh. We really did have the best evening with Daniel looking after us. The food was delicious and so well presented.

Not a frequent visitor to restaurants that take your coat and pull the chair out for you. The service here was superb, food was great too. Enjoyable experience, only thing from holding back is the fiver for a bottle of water

Not very impressed. First time to the lowry and first time for afternoon tea. Won't go back. Arrived and was told the table would be set up for us. However one of the napkins was placed but not folded. Made me feel like table wasn't clean, not too big a deal though. Main issue was poor customer service. The wait staff were not attentive. Came only over once to deliver the afternoon tea items. No explanation of what was what (I'm not psychic, so didn't know). So it was a bit of a guessing game for us. We observed the wait staff tending to the other guests/tables regularly and explaining the items they received. The sandwichs were mostly okay. But one was pointless. It was essentially just bread. Though it was supposed to have two fillings. I would not recommend this afternoon tea experience to my worst enemy. Definitely not worth the money.

We had a nice meal here. With good quality food although nothing too special. It was busy but not full. I would probably say it was a on the step below most fine dining restaurants we have been to.
