Let's begin with the positives: Staff is friendly and the place has good vibes, great place to go with kids as they will love the decoration which is quite festive. The quality of their food is ok and some dishes are actually quite nice. However, as some others said, it can be pricey if you consider the amounts. Luckily, many times you will find coupons that make it totally worth it. I had a 2x1 on mains which was a great deal.

Very spacious restaurant with a festive decoration and atmosphere, friendly and chatty staff, however, the portions looked rather small and slightly pricey in my opinion compared to a pub. Me and my friends were told that the Company is making efforts to offer as many fresh ingredients as possible (around 70% of the menu) and most dishes are prepared from scratch in the kitchen - no frozen meals are used! Having said that I have to admit the overall price on the bill left us doubting whether it reflected the food quantity we ordered, as for the quality I can't really say with honesty that it differed that much from other good meals I had, and they were probably less expensive. I think Chiquito should offer more affordable prices or put more food on the plate.

At least partly microwaved and not that tasty. Could do better myself. We were getting 2 for 1 and it still wasn't worth it

Was quite nice the sharing platter was good for starter. If you like spicy food the ask for the hot source. Was quite dark in the restaurant so bring a flash light

I had a good time, although it was let down by the slow service- On a random Friday afternoon they only had two staff members working, despite having a big group. They only had a few other tables, but the group just took up too much of their time and dragged down the whole experience. Before sitting down and committing I would suggest seeing how busy it is first. What's supposed to be a quick lunch could easily turn into an extended sit down
