Dreadful service. Waited 20 minutes and then had to go and ask where the food was. When it came my daughters was hot mine was stone cold. I took it back they brought me a fresh one. This one looked cooked but tasted raw. Won't be going back!

We had a take out from the McDonald's cafe on Elizabeth street Cheetham Hill in Manchester. The service was ok but when we opened the food at home, literally five minutes later, the food was was tepid. At least two orders were not as described with advertised ingredients missing or substituted. We have been disappointed with this place before and we will not be having food from there again. There is another outlet nearby on Bury New Road which is much better.

Always slow service and yobs of kids hanging around. Other week saw a lad about 14 waving a knife around, told supervisor who said thank you then headed back to her office. Lovely

Clean McDonalds.. Good ordering system allows you to order before you get there (haven't used it) or order it and when its ready bring it to your table. A good idea because at 1230 when everyone is on their lunch it's nigh on impossible to be served within 15 minutes.

Never understood why this McDonald's seems to be so slow at service. Food is good when you get it but inexperienced staff. Arrived with long drive thru queue Friday 9pm so parked up and went inside. Took almost 10 minutes to get a standard meal. Could see food being made and backing up in holding area but no one taking control. Spoke to shift manager who apologised but offered no explanation. To top it all when left to get in car - zero cars in drive thru. Please sort it out management!!
