Sometimes a RFD can be a tad standoffish. Not here. Very welcoming and happy to spend time engaging with experienced punter and total novice alike. I’m somewhere in the middle and have been in a few times recently for different products and each time has been a very pleasant experience. On my last 2 visits both the gunsmith and on another occasion, the owner both took the time to discuss something and offer advice and show me a product knowing I wasn’t going to buy as was simply gauging views. That sort of customer service has been missing at other RFDs I’ve visited. Goes a long way with me. Definitely recommended
