We used Rachel for our wedding July 2017 and I'm so pleased that we did. Neither of us really had a clue what we wanted, or indeed what flavours, so Rachel made us a huge selection of cupcakes to try different ones out. My goodness, they were SO tasty! Whilst there, Rachel showed us loads of her previous work, and her manner was so warm and helpful that we pretty much booked her on the spot! Throughout the planning of my wedding, my theme changed several times, and Rachel was so helpful each time I got in contact, even suggesting things that I really hadn't thought of. On the day the cake was there looking gorgeous, and she worked with our flower suppliers in order to have fresh flowers on the cake that matched my bouquet. I literally squealed with the delight when I saw it, it was exactly what I wanted, and it tasted amazing!! She's so good that one of my other friends has already booked her for her wedding! Thank you Rachel for such a fun and easy experience.

Cake by Rachel made us our absolutely fantastic wedding cake! The design was just so brilliant and fun, we loved it- exactly what we had asked for. Our guests loved it too- loads of them took photos of the topper as it was so funny. The cake itself was absolutely delicious and plenty of our guests echoed this to us during the evening. Rachel was so helpful and responsive during the design process, I couldn't recommend her more. It was one less thing to stress and worry about in the course of planning a wedding.

We used Cake by Rachel for our wedding cake. Rachel did a fantastic job - the cake was absolutely stunning, and she really exceeded our expectations. She made a tiered cake with a cascade of sugar flowers and ivy. They were really lovely, and loads of our friends commented on how pretty it was. Even more importantly, the cake tasted incredible! It was chocolate cake, and quite possibly the nicest chocolate cake we have ever had. We also had a fruit cutting cake for guests with more traditional tastes, and even though we don't usually like fruit cake much, we had to admit it was pretty good! Highly recommended.

We have had several birthday cakes and batches of cupcakes from ‘Cake by Rachel’ and they have all looked flawless, tasted delicious and as a result we’ve had loads of fantastic comments from our guests – I only wish I could pretend that I made them myself but they are far too professional for anyone to believe me! We were so happy with the previous cakes we have asked Rachel to make our wedding cake for us in July and know that it will be absolutely perfect. I will write another review once we’ve had it but thought I should comment on the service we’ve received so far..... Nothing is too difficult, we’ve had a fantastic tasting session and brainstormed different ideas to see what will suit us best – it’s a truly personal service and we cannot recommend her enough!

We have used Cake by Rachel several times now. The first was a bit of a challenge - a cake for my 70yr dad who doesn't like icing much!!! Rachel delivered an amazing fruit cake and a selection of cupcakes that satisfied everyone's tastes - even my fussy papa! She has also made my daughter's 3rd Birthday cake and the most beautiful Naming Day cake for my son, which catered over 50 people! Everyone commented positively, and I know for a fact that one of my friends booked Rachel the same day for her son' party. Service is friendly and professional, it feels like nothing is too much trouble!
