Looking at the website I noticed reviews and checked them. I was surprised at some comments as I have always found the receptionists very helpful and polite. My husband and I have no complaints about the doctors or nurses either. The difficulties of actually getting to see a doctor, because of the Covid situation at the moment, I hope will resolved itself in time. When we have spoken to doctors on the phone, we have not felt rushed at all.
Helpful friendly receptionists who never fail to help. Excellent Drs who take their time to discuss any health issues, whether in person or over the phone. So grateful for these professionals.
I have to give five stars for the excellent treatment I received today. Everyone at the surgery was so helpful and pleasant, I really cannot praise them enough.
The doctors are useless and can't wait to get rid of you, dismissing any problems as age or diet and 'it'll go away" attitude, one of the doctors swore at me, if I had the choice I wouldn't bother going, the pharmacists are more helpful next door!
Receptionists are witches, the doctors are all lovely. I'm looking into registering with another practice even though it will mean driving. Sick of their nasty unhelpful attitudes.
I don't have a bad word, always, friendly, proffesional with patients care always their priority

5 stars for Pharmacy and All Staff been with this surgery less than a month had drugs reviewed followed by visit to surgery for inoculation not once did l make an appointment all done by the surgery Excellent Service Thank you
