I am extremely disappointed with the solicitor that represented me from The Richmond Partnership, who not only lacked interest in my case, but also refused to use damming evidence in court hearings that provided proof of serious wrongdoings by a north east local authority.
Recommended, but wished we hadn't listened to the advice about them as we found it to be a poor choice. Cost us a lot of money after sale due to the incompatance of them. Receptionist thinks she is the solicitor, very abrupt when calling to discuss an issue after sale completed. Eventually get through to solicitor and very dissapointed in outcome overall Would not recomend to anyone, great until any issues arise then they are hard to contact and inconsiderate
They were quite polite and helpful. Racheal was very warm and the service was promptly given. They also called back when i couldn't reach them. I totally recommend this place
Trusted place, used several times from a mortgage, divorce, will making and power of attorney. All very professional and friendly won't use anywhere else. Highly recommended

Extremely professional and helpful staff, that includes both legal professionals and administrative staff. All staff are friendly and very easy to work with, both in their building and at court.
Absolutely horrendous customer service. No updates unless you ring them. They think chasing something up is waiting 2 months before sending out a reminder. Told me I needed to pay for 2 applications for grant of probate when one had already been done and they had handled it.
