Excellent service received by Charlotte Stapleton with our Wills. Quick minded, friendly, informative and friendly she even opened up the office early because I’m a vulnerable patient and on chemo to reduce a chance of infection.  Could not recommend highly enough.  Caring firm and staff.  Even the secretary came in early and she was delightful.

Paul Henderson from Macks Solicitors helped me when I was knocked off my bicycle by a motorist. It was a very stressful situation after the accident, dealing with my injuries, the damage to my bicycle and dealing with the motorist himself. Paul and Macks were excellent from first contacting them. They really took the stress out of the situation and were exceptionally efficient from start to finish of my case and offered excellent advice whenever it was needed. I hope I don't have another accident on my bicycle, but if I do then I know who I will be contacting. An excellent service.

This is the 2nd time we have needed help and Macks have surpassed our expectations at every level. We used them to move house and for a personal injury claim and on both occasions they were very professional and courteous to our needs. I rang Mack solicitors, desperate for legal advice with regards to my daughter and the complexity around the situation. I was asked to see Matthew Lockey and from first time meeting him, he set expectation out straight away. We knew they was big possibility that the case wouldn’t be heard, but matthew put 150% in and after 3 x court cases; he won it for me. It’s so hard to put into words the relief and gratitude you feel after going through this and Matthew will never quite understand what it means, for what he done to help my daughter. Macks solicitors were the light at the end of a very long tunnell and we want to thank karen young for her kindness and compassion and her extreem professionnelism karen tells it like it is which we thank her for. Also amanda who we seen at the start of our journey who also was very helpful and kind last but not least Fiona our barrister who was patient and understanding these people have made our expierience with solicitors very good  and their fees were very reasonable i urge anyone who needs to see a solicitor to go to macks you will not be dissapointed.
