We recently used Cooper Stott with regard to a property sale. All of the staff we dealt with were very helpful and professional, and always kept us in the loop - nothing was ever too much trouble. Would definitely use again.

We used Cooper Stott to purchase a house in July 2022 and we were extremely pleased with the service we received. Communication was excellent throughout the process and any queries were dealt with promptly. Frankly, the solicitors on the other side of the transaction were incredibly difficult to deal with and uncommunicative and unhelpful, yet James managed to destress the situation and ensure we felt comfortable with the process and confident that everything was in hand. Costs were very reasonable. We will continue to use Cooper Stott in the future when required and would highly recommend them.

Cooper Stott have acted for us in relation to a number of conveyancing matters over the years, including again recently. We are always really impressed with how quickly and diligently they progress both a purchase and a sale. We completed on our recent purchase a whole month earlier than we had expected,in a time-pressured situation,and I have no doubt that this is due to the firm working very hard and going the extra mile.  James is an extremely knowledgeable solicitor with a friendly team behind him and this makes the whole process seamless.Special thanks to Catherine as well.Would recommend 100 percent.

Quite rude. I would avoid. When going to pick the keys up I was barked at. When the keys for my purchase didn't arrive, I was told to go away and wait for a phonecall. Not very nice experience.

Despite living over 3 hours  away,  we will only use Cooper Stott solicitors now for all our conveyancing transactions. Superb firm.  Very friendly, approachable and professional.  I instructed Cooper Stott to represent me when I bought my first flat.  The transaction was made complicated by other parties involved as it was purchased as part of a shared ownership agreement.  Throughout the entire transaction I found the team at Cooper Stott to be extremely professional and very approachable.  This is a family run law firm and they seem to go the extra mile to assist you.  The fees are very fair and it was excellent value for money.  I would recommend them to anyone.
