This is my sister's experience with this company. She purchased 2x sideboard, bookcase, coffee table, large TV unit for £1953. What a nightmare. The furniture is not merchantability quality.  When purchased in May one of the sideboards had a large crack in it, she was assured they would replace it. It is now September and they still have not replaced it. But unfortunately now she has found more problems with the furniture,  it has yellow marks appearing all over the furniture it has a nail sticking out of one of the sideboards  and a hole in the top shelf of the book case . She has spoken to the repro centre several times and they make lots of promises which sound great but they never happen. Do not use this company.

Lovely furniture shop got exactly what we wanted nice staff not pushy just helpful

Couldn't put a none star or else I would as the customer service is so appalling hes not nice to old people wouldn't recommend this shop.Look at reviews on Facebook before you buy!!

Great shop got a recliner chair on Saturday delivered same day they have plenty of stock to choose from and the staff are very helpful and friendly l would highly recommended them to anyone

I really like this place. Bought a sofa here before and other items and would buy again. Super friendly staff, always willing to help and go that extra mile. Worth a visit if your after anything for your home furniture wise as the place is big inside and has plenty to offer with a diverse range.

worst shop i been to not nice peoplenever go back

We popped in here on our way to another shop, absolutely amazing.  The choice is huge, but what impressed us most was how knowledgeable Tracey the sales person was, she gave us a lot of time, was very patient and we really benefitted from her expertise.   We went in wanting a corner unit Sofa but bought sofas that fitted our requirements far better. The price of the sofa was far better the other larger retail stores - recommended for a fantastic value for money, UK made, quality sofa.

Great furniture, great choice, great staff

A furniture shop selling high quality furniture at reasonable prices. Saw a suite here I loved, so saving up for it. The staff were very helpful too, excellent service.
