didn't have to wait long to be served, and collect my purchase.
I was very pleased with the customer service provided by the staff at the Ashington store. I had ordered a soundbar, which was to be collected on Weds 15th June. Due to a problem with their delivery it was not in store. The lady who served me was super helpful & said she'd contacted the provider to ensure it would be in store for Sat the 18th. I went to collect it today & the young lady with black hair was very helpful with the follow up to ensure collection was smooth & painless. The staff of the Ashington store are a credit to the company & I'm very pleased with my new sound system... Well done ladies!
Tryed to return an xbox controller but never emailed my receipt but had proof I had bought it there after 20 min of getting no where , was told to go and ring customer services that's a joke 20 mins of trying to speak to someone was impossible so I went back in the shop back in the que 20 mins decided to just buy a new controller and ever single one of them were out of stock what a waste of time the staff hid no idea and kept constantly rubbing hand sanitizer on her hands covid nut job I won't be back!!
Had to visit this store to exchange a necklace. As a wheelchair user I can't get into the store, so I rang the bell & waited outside. The manager came & got my exchange quickly. For all this only took around 8 mins I should be able to go into any shop, not wait outside to be served! Argos blame the council, & the council blame Argos as to why no wheelchair access. In this day an age this this not acceptable Every person should be able to enter ANY shop, or store ect.
Rude and poor customer service even the manager was very technical
I've used this shop for many years but after today never again. You really need to think how you speak to your customers regardless if you think you might actually be right. 1 star is actually too much.
Shocking service. Got stuck in traffic and got to door at 6:02 and lots of laughing faces would not let me collect. Shame on you if I had not already paid I would have gone elsewhere
I bought a silver bangle. Before I could answer , the assistant had it out the bag to show me. She wore no gloves. So she was the first to touch it. Disappointed. It will tarnish before given.
Never and I mean never buy anything from Argos especially ashington Argos worst coustoner Service I have ever seen they would not exchange a telly bought from ther only 2hours before over the remote being broke all I wanted was to change it for another one over the remote and they sead no because it was used well of course we had to use it to find out the remote never worked it clearly says on the recite if it is damaged goods our ur not happy we will happily exchange it with in 28days stay away from Argos buy ur TVs from Asda!!!!!!!
A lot of stuff are becoming online only gone are the days you could walk in and get most items there and then. Ive also had a few items ive seen online went in store to buy and its cost more.
