Visted for a friends birthday lunch. The food was nice. Unfortunately two of the meals from the grill had to be returned and be redone, which the front of house team dealt with promptly and were really good about it, but it meant that we didn't all eat at the same time. Which I understand happens, but in fairness serving hot food shouldn't be an issue. Sherry Trifle cheesecake made everything better though haha!
As I am disabled I like visiting the Red Deer as there is plenty of room for my wheel chair to fit around the table and the staff are really helpful. I feel relaxed there. The food is excellent value for money and a varied choice. It won't be long before visiting again. We'll done.
I attended the wake at your premises the variety of food was good. Food was also fresh and plentiful. Staff were polite and approachable. Thankyou for a pleasant afternoon in difficult circumstances.
Great staff lovely service manger yousef is very welcoming and lovely place for a drink or food all round 10/10
It is helpful being able to book a table on line at short notice as it showed us we could be accommodated. We had a nice table in a quiet corner. My partner wasn’t too hungry so she just wanted a starter served as a main course along with my main. We both enjoyed our meals and had a rocky road ice cream sundae to finish. It was an impromptu visit as we had been shopping in Crediton,but it exceeded our expectations and we will certainly be back.
