Partner ordered delivery service. We got 3 cubes of chicken in lots of sauce. Rice was very dry. Naan bread lacked flavour and was tiny. No chips as advertised but fries. Think owner needs to train how to cook such foods in Birmingham. Total rubbish. Will never return. Would rather starve.
So so disappointed. Ordered by delivery. Spent £3 on poppadoms and they weren’t delivered. Rung up immediately to notify them and was given a response ‘what do you want me to do about it?’. Both curries were really watery and pretty tasteless. an expensive takeaway - which I’m afraid we won’t be using again.
Ordered food at 5:50. Delivery time was 6:40. Still no food by 7. So I called them and without even knowing who I was or what I ordered the man rudely told me the delivery had left 5 minutes ago and would be with me soon. Before I could even say anything he hung up. We still didn't have the food by 7:20 so I disputed it with just eat who called them and assured me it'd be just 10-15 minutes more. Food didn't turn up till 7:40, one hour after it was due. And this isn't the first time we have had bad dealings with them, last time a rice was missed and the man on the phone was incredibly rude about it. It is such a shame because the food is quite nice But we've learnt our lesson, won't be ordering again.
Delivery 40 mins late, wish I hadn't bothered ordering, so so dissatisfied! Was more like lamb with instant gravy than Rogan josh, rice amazingly over cooked and the sag aloo was just salt. Never again!
I ordered my food 1 and a half hours ago after being told it would take 40 mins. After an hour I rang up and was told “it has already left” I live about 5 minuets away just outside of crediton after tesco, 10 MAX. I waited another 30 minuets before calling again to be hung up on. Also I think they put food dye in the rice to make it seem yellow? The food just arrived. It was barely warm. Never going ro order from then again
One star hygiene rating put me off, also terrible slow takeaway service, generally clueless, running about like headless chickens. Much better off going to the crediton tandoori up the road!
Was brilliant food before it got taken over .. I've had 3 takeaways since that have all been really bad .. I will not be using again .
Gave them the benefit of the doubt after missing an item last time! I couldn't even taste my curry because of the amount of salt! As for the vindaloo???
Good sized portions, friendly staff, great tasting food. Well worth visiting for a takeaway.
Unfortunately the last 2 takeaways we have had have been not so good. The food was watery and not very flavoured
