Walked in today for the first time, the young guy was really helpful when I asked him questions, he was friendly and polite, the shop was well presented and had plenty of stock, I wish it was my local one, keep up the good work dude!

The store itself is well stocked and lay out neatly, but not a single member of staff acknowledge me and my friends entering the store, the players shot us dirty looks, and there was no GW Rep available to ask questions. They then proceeded to heard us out as they were going on their lunch! Overall appalling customer service.

Didn't feel very welcoming, both from the regulars or the staffer in there. Feels like the product of GW's several year dalliance with hard selling. I'd avoid, and go to Romford if you want the real GW vibe.
