My overall experience with the Range Medical Centre has been wonderful. The administration team have been highly organised way better than most I have seen. The medical staff have been very thorough and helpful. Thank you so much for the service you give. Also, the Range Pharmacy next door has been highly professional and extremely supportive. I always get my medication on time and promptly and also correctly.
My experience as a patient at the Range Medical Centre has always been very good The members of staff treat you with kindness and respect. There are times when they have gone way beyond duty to help me. Over the last year I have seen different doctors Physio and nurses at my appointments.At those appointments I felt listened to ,not rushed and it was easy to talk with them. Also they have always given a clear diagnosis to me and further medical follow up treatment . Not quick to just give you a prescription. I feel safe and valued in their care as professional's. I would highly recommend this Medical Practice to others.
We are very fortunate to be in such a great G.P practice. Linda,Denise and Anne are friendly,helpful and always willing to assist. They will always advise you if unable to help. The nurses are so efficient and kind. The doctors are wonderful and have a great bedside manner. You hear horrific stories about G.P practices but we are so fortunate to be with such a great practice. Thank you to all the amazing staff at the Range.
The Range Medical centre in my experience is an excellent GP practice with five star customer service . The reception staffs are highly professional, highly trained and sincere. My phone calls for an appointment are always answered , the staffs always tries their best to give me a same day appointment. The doctors and nurses are very professional when me and my family are seen. The doctors hear our problems very sincerely and attentively. I wish them good luck in the future.

Reception staff are always friendly and extremely helpful when you can see they're incredibly busy. Doctors are thorough and approachable, always very helpful and willing to do as much as they can, under the immense pressure GPS are facing at the moment. Hugely grateful to all the staff at The Range Medical Practice. New patient and had wonderful experiences so far!
Moved into area 6 weeks ago. Since registering, the practice has been attentive and thorough with regards to prescription needs. Registration was easily done online and a follow up call was booked to discuss my needs. A professional practice which I would have no hesitation on recommending.
Today I had a smear test by Katherine at Range Medical Centre. It was a good experience from start to finish. Katherine explained the process, potential results and next steps really clearly and in plain words no complicated medical jargon. The exam itself was so quick and efficient, I was in and out of the room in 10 minutes.
Great medical center- 99% time problem solved. You have to wait on the phone for quite while but is like in any other surgery so nothing to.complain about. Doctors and new diabetic nurse are amazing. My mum moved there now from her surgery as she never could get Appointment over there.
