Until recently my experience with this practice has been a bit ‘hit & miss’. Since lockdown, I have had to make a few appointments and I can confirm that they have been dealt with really well and my health concerns  have been handled well, with good questioning, listening and advise.

In reference to the GPs only, I will say that they are some of the best I have worked with. They listen, and they actually read your notes to make sense of what you’re saying too! I have felt heard, validated when appropriate, and reassured when needed.

I just had a phone appointment with Dr Suchit who helped me with both matters I was calling about. He sounded very professional. As one of my matters would benefit of face-to-face meeting as needed seeing, after I described everything, he suggested a video call and immediately sent a link via sms. Great experience !
