The receptionist was welcoming and friendly; however, the dentist was rude and seemed to be rushing things. I took my mum in for an emergency because she had a painful hole in her wisdom tooth. They offered her the option of a root canal but said they wouldn’t be able to complete the procedure there, only start it. Alternatively, they could remove the tooth. When I asked which option was best, the dentist smirked and said, “It’s your choice,” without offering any advice. As a dentist, she was supposed to advise the patient. Was she like that because my mother wasn’t registered with the clinic and came in for an emergency? Even though they shouldn’t act that way, it was unbelievable it felt like she didn’t want us to be there.

Dr Tiphanie and Nurse Catherine were amazing today with mine and my children's dentist appointments. Very professional and polite. They gave great advice and the service was amazing.

I joined this surgery 3 years ago when starting university and I have only ever had good experiences. I am sad to be leaving this surgery. The staff, doctors, and nurses have been great. Really recommend for university students in the area!!

Nurse Kyla was amazing today. I was her second appointment for today and she made me feel comfortable. I learnt a lot from her about the contents of my appointment which was interesting.  Thank you

i came today to have my tooth sorted by the emergency dentist and i can honestly say ive never felt so scared when i went in there and the 2 ladys where so kind the calmed me down and went through everything with me.  thank you from the bottom of my heart being patient with me. just wish i could have done some thing at reception but it was so busy there when i left.  thank you ladys

Just had treatment with Amy as I needed a extraction and a veneer replacing. I can say did not feel a thing with the extraction and the veneer looks spot on . Great customer care as always and a mention for Pauline her assistant made you feel relaxed. All in all I am very satisfied great service

I had a very positive experience during my cervical screening check at Brunswick Medical Practice. The nurse, Kayla I'm not entirely certain of her name, performed the screening test. She was incredibly kind and experienced, and I didn't feel any significant pain, just a little bit discomfort. The process was quite fast, and overall, the experience was excellent. The nurse's expertise was evident throughout.

I had a checkup today and Tiphanie and Catherine treated me incredibly well, they advised me on what was wrong and how to solve it, making me feel very comfortable and reassured.

As usual, my last visit was very smooth, Catherine was very supportive and helpful Dr George is very competent professional and you always feel very relaxed in his hands
