Lovely store. A nice place to visit with lots of choice and good prices. Only downside  is when you arrive, its scruffy and unkept with litter spread across the car park and staff fagging it in the corner. Not a good look but in keeping with the area.

Absolutely exceptional service from Kim today. From the moment we asked for help with something, she found the items ,gave advice and helped us through checkout and then to the car. We always love coming to the Range for the choice and value but also staff like Kim make it even better.

Very disappointed with our experience at The Range on 23/05/26. My husband and I purchased a garden table and chair set along with paint, but the customer service completely ruined what should have been an exciting purchase.nnWe waited a very long time for assistance while staff openly complained about customers wanting bbq’s and other items and how much of a “mess” the warehouse was. We were made to move most of the heavy furniture ourselves with barely any help, despite there being multiple staff members around. Staff also loudly questioned whether we had paid for the items when we already had, which was embarrassing and unnecessary.nnStaff were also acting as though it was an inconvenience that we had bought something from them. One particular lady was asking what my husband did for work. This is unprofessional and none of her concern.nnThe attitude from one particular staff member in a high vis vest was very unprofessional and made us feel like an inconvenience simply for buying products. To make matters worse, we later discovered mould on the cushions and part of the table is already coming apart.nnWe love The Range products and are renovating our home, but this experience has seriously put us off returning.

Normally love shopping here,  its usually a great experience, I dont Normally return purchases.nOn this occasion I did because a picture I purchased and put up, came off the wall, leaving the top wooden piece still attached to the wall.nAll pictures ive purchased from you Normally have the fittings at the sides, so thought it strange being at the top.nSo I returned it as faulty,  made to feel like a criminal being interrogated multiple times after I already explained what happened.nI spend a lot in this store, I understand customers maybe do try it on from time to time, but you cant assume we're all like that. If it was my fault no way would I return an item. Was only 7, would have just bought another one.nSo yes I did bring a faulty item back. Sorry if it inconvenience your assistant. Better customer service and empathy maybe next time, we're not all trying it on.

I came in at today at your store blackpool, where my friend and I wanted to buy some of the wall jungle there was only 1 out , when I asked a young man he said you didn't have any more left, going to the till we was talking to a lovely lady called Kim and she said how it stays looking good , we said we wanted 2 and was told there was no more , she went to have a look and came out with a trolly with 2 big boxes this lady was so helpful to us , and we think she should be recognised her name was KimnYours w lowe.
