Big Sainsbury’s store, well stocked. Clean and tidy. Good location, good parking. Plenty of lifts. Toilets available
Lovely big clean store with a huge selection of food and furniture and everything in-between. The bargains just keep coming using my nectar card, I mean some are eyepoppingly fantastic. I may have to rethink which big stores I will now do my shopping in.nPlenty indoor parking on different levels means no more rushing from car to store to stay out of the rain and wind etc
Easy parking, and plenty of it. Nice and bright with plenty of space to move around. Prices are good too.
Not happy about there only being 5 normal staffed checkouts left, with loads of self service tills. Only 2 staffed checkouts were in use, which both had long queues today. I overheard the cashier ask the customer before me if they have a nectar card, however they didn’t ask me if I have a nectar card when serving me. I really didn’t appreciate that. I had to make the effort to inform the cashier that I don’t have a Nectar card. I am under the impression that just because I look young and only had a few items and a basket, they assumed I wouldn’t bother having a Nectar card. Cashiers need to stop making assumptions and treat every customer fairly, asking all customers if they have a Nectar card. No matter who their customers are or how many or few items they have. The passive assumptions need to stop.nI know how to use a self-service till, however I deliberately decide against using them. When I am served at the staffed checkouts, I expect to experience good customer service. Irregardless of the size of my shop. And this is coming from someone in their early twenties. So there are also younger generations who feel strongly about experiencing good and fair customer service and being served at manned checkouts.nSainsbury’s, get your act together!!
