Bought two beds in the last 10 months, they are wonderful. Very helpful knowledgeable staff. No need to shop around. Great value great service.

Awful. Ordered a bed frame and a Therapur Actigel 2000 tranquility mattress totalling 1.5k in the Jan sales from the store. Bed was delivered and within 2 nights developed a large compressed depression in the centre. Numerous calls to Blackpool store and customer services who are terrible. Despite being 5ft nothing myself, sleeping on the left hand side of the bed, not sharing my bed with a pet elephant or having a 48 hour non stop naughty marathon in the middle of the bed they won't help and I'm told it is settlement! The store staff don't want unhappy customers in the store and keep referring you back to CS (probably because they don't want potential new customers put off). Now Dreams have removed my review from their website as it doesn't stick to guidelines! Take heed of negative reviews from places like this on google and other independent because Dreams will silence any bad reviews that they can. Update 14 Feb 2018 - I eventually sent a complaint to the CEO and had an "engineer" come out to view and examine the bed who agreed that this was indeed a faulty mattress with a 5cm depression in the middle. I'm now waiting for collection and refund from Dreams, which has finally been agreed. I've purchased a replacement mattress from John Ryan Design whose customer service has been nothing short of exceptional

Big waste of money. Delivery was shocking - refused to take the item up stairs. Practical threatened to damage décor on way... So I had no option but to agree to leave it down stairs. Complained in writing never got any response. They are only interested in your money. Mattress provided no support... I feel conned in every way!!

Have bought 2 beds now from Dreams. Excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Staff here are great, friendly and not pushy, a far better experience than Bensons, you also get a brew !
