Avoid this company at all costs , We paid in full for two items {£1000)with a guaranteed delivery of three weeks as items were in stock, day before delivery we were told there was a problem, computer error apparently, given delivery a week later, then a third date 8 weeks later. Utter shambles, terrible communications, had to go to store to get my money back.

Avoid by all cost, log delays, up to three months and more. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else. I am surprised their still in business.

Terrible customer service and very long delays on ordering despite promises to be within a few weeks. Staff clueless and terrible communication/attitude modelled so very well by the store manager. I despise this companyand recommend you go anywhere else

Terrible customer service, bad attitude by some Blackpool staff. Had two attempts at delivering a dining table and chairs but no table legs !! 🙁 Don’t bother shopping with Harveys the saga still goes on.

Two years ago we ordered an oxblood red leather sofa in the January sale and were told it would be 12 weeks for delivery. On the day of delivery we received a phone call to say there was a problem and two days later we found out that the colour we had ordered had been discontinued two weeks after we ordered it. We had already sold the other sofa so had to use an old conservatory sofa during this period. As we had decorated the room to suit that particular colour we were limited on choice but chose another so called "better quality" sofa at no extra cost to compensate for the inconvenience. ! We had to wait another 8 weeks for delivery on this one which meant the sofa we ordered on New Years day finally arrived in July. When it did arrive we were not at all happy with the quality (or the style really) but were told , very rudely, that as it had been made specially there was nothing we could do. Within less than two years the "leather" has started to split and peel away at the back and we are really disappointed with the quality in general - not to mention the appalling customer service.
