What have they done to this store? It used to be a pleasure to shop here. Nicely laid out and plenty of space. Now it's a mess. The lovely arts and crafts section has been relegated to the back and they've tried to cram an Iceland store in as well. What was once a nice shopping experience is now a terrible mismatch of jumbled items. We will avoid in future.
Lovely store with great products. However, this store in Ipswich has changed the entrance, so you have to walk round and round different aisles presumably to view promotion items, before finding the main aisle leading to rest of shop. Very poor and not needed and a big disadvantage for less fit people.
Been to Dunelm and Range spent over £400 for carpets and had meal at bk. now I have received £100 unfair fine by the car park people.. I did not see the sign. Another customer won’t be coming again. Soon all retail parks will be shut . You have less customers every year . Why try to lose them more ?nSomeone show me where is the park warning sign on photos ? Thats where I stoped to shop
This store was mid way through a full store refit when I visited. In my opinion the store should not have been open during this process. Half of the shelves were completely empty waiting for new lines, pallets of stock and fittings were everywhere. Of the 3 items I intended to purchase, 2 had no price labels at all and the 3rd was an incorrect price. I understand these things need to be done, but please don't expect your customers to battle through this mess while you do it.
It's been remerchandise had nice feel as you went still has a lot of items not priced but l like the new layout and how tidy it was staff at tills when we collected our click and collect items were polite and helpful.
