I was very impressed by how clean the room was & the lovley breakfast. I also have to say that turning up with a child with additional needs always makes me a little nervous but the lady was fantastic with him didn't bat an eyelid & nothing was a problem even when he tipped his drink everywhere. We felt most welcome & would definitely use this b&b again.

Warm, friendly and welcoming. Spotlessly clean and nicely finished. I would have put 5***** only, the sausages were a let down at breakfast.

we stayed in the family room last year (top floor) very clean and cosy lots room..ensuite a good size..host was friendly ..and great cooked b/fast..there were 2 pubs opp us which we ate at for dinner again very nice..hence we are staying here again this summer.
